and developer Brad Rainey has 27 years' experience meeting
the housing needs of families. He is a licensed general
contractor and real estate principal broker in Tennessee
and Mississippi who has worked on affordable housing,
public housing and housing for the elderly and handicapped.
Brad is also a CPA with wide knowledge of real estate
finance. He has a long record of community involvement.
Brad is president of Brad Rainey Homes, Inc., a construction
company engaged in general contracting with a primary
focus on construction and renovation of single family
homes and development of single-family lots. Independently
and in partnership with others, the company has completed
over 800 houses and 1,500 lots in Tennessee, Mississippi
and Virginia. Other projects include light commercial
construction and development of 176 units of housing
for the elderly.
